Double G Ranch was founded by Lawrence Grinnell in 1997 along with lifetime friend Peter Graves to suit the rapidly growing needs of the commercial real estate industry of the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. Double G Ranch’s mission is to identify niche real estate opportunities in Greater Phoenix, to provide unmatched service, convenience, and value to its tenants while assuring a high probability of attractive returns to its investors. Double G Ranch currently either possesses, is planning or/has under development over 440,000 square feet of office space in the Greater Phoenix Valley. Phase I a 125,000 square feet medical office building is now completed at Arrowhead orchards medical center in Glendale, at the North East Corner of 64th avenue and Union Hills. The Second 52,440 square foot building and 5 smaller buildings will be completed in 2004. Phase two will be breaking ground in September.

Arrowhead Orchards Medical Center is adjacent to the Arrowhead Community Hospital and provides a upscale and refreshing alternative to the typical medical office buildings offered. Double G Ranch’s relationship with Arrowhead hospital and surrounding medical office buildings offers a synergy to the needs that benefits the needs of the west valley. Double G Ranch’s objective is to complement Doctors by offering quality, pride and accomplishment from the moment patients enter the lobby at Arrowhead Orchards Medical Plaza from the moment each visitor receives medical care from its established caregivers and medical professionals.

Double G Ranch’s recent decision to locate in Glendale came easy. The Arrowhead area is growing rapidly with the completion of loop 101, and the location is easily accessible from two of its off ramps. It is not uncommon for Doctors and patients to live in Scottsdale or Phoenix and commute in a mater of minutes to Glendale where their practices are located. There has been much active interest in The Arrowhead Orchards Medical Plaza from the time it broke ground. Phase I is in excess of 50% leased and Phase II is scheduled to commence this fall.

Double G Ranch has 15 acres on the northwest corner of 91st avenue and McDowell. At the loop 101 and I-10 interchange, this medical development will be about 1/4 mile south of the new Banner Estrella hospital, a 50-acre campus scheduled to open in November 2004 with a 165-bed campus, and expected to have up to 300 beds in 2010.

Double G Ranch is a member of the well renowned Valley Partnership supporting economic growth and works closely with the Active Phoenix 20/30’s club, a charitable organization.
